• If you wish to change the name or mobile number provided at registration, identity verification will be required.
• Accounts are for personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes.

EK 33 strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform.

• Your date of birth must be entered accurately at the time of registration.
• We may request proof of identification for age verification at any time.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.
• It is every parent's responsibility to prevent minors from accessing the platform.

To use EK 33's services, you must create a valid account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account termination.

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 2–10 minutes.
• Third-party deposits are not permitted. The payment method used must be registered under the same name as the account.
• We reserve the right to hold deposits and investigate any suspicious transactions.
• If money laundering or fraudulent payments are proven, all balances will be forfeited and legal action will be taken.

EK 33 is committed to ensuring fast and hassle-free withdrawals. However, withdrawals will only be processed once the following conditions are met:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Larger amounts may take 3–5 business days.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

EK 33 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once.
• A wagering requirement must be met to use bonus funds (typically 10–30x).
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly and may only be used for gameplay.
• Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts or the same IP address will result in all bonuses being cancelled.
• EK 33 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All games on EK 33 are operated fairly and transparently. Our games are developed by world-class software providers and powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

• Each Sports Betting event is governed by its own rules. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded.
• If a Live Casino game is cancelled due to a technical issue, the bet will be refunded.
• If a software error is detected in a game result, that round will be considered void.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Slots games may have a maximum bet limit in place. Exceeding the limit may result in winnings being voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on EK 33. Involvement in any of them may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Abusing or manipulating the bonus system.
• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Using software bots or automation tools to play games.
• Intentionally exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Harassing other players or engaging in conduct that damages the platform's reputation.
• Registering using a false identity.

• You will have the opportunity to withdraw your balance before your account is closed.
• EK 33 may close any account without prior notice in the event of a Terms violation.

• To reactivate a closed account, you must submit a request to our support team.

EK 33 strives to deliver the highest quality of service, but some situations may arise that are beyond our control.

• EK 33 is not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection or device-related issues.
• EK 33 will not be held liable for temporary service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
• EK 33 is not liable for any account losses resulting from the user's own negligence.

EK 33 may amend these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect.

• Continued use of the platform after updated Terms have been published will be taken as your acceptance of the new terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
